When you engage in certain activities in the Website or Services, such as registering a user account, downloading and installing Application(s), playing Game(s), purchasing Virtual Money or Virtual Goods, sending and/or posting a user Content, or sending us feedback, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. If you elect to engage in these activities, however, we may ask that you provide us personal information. Such information may include your first and last name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card or other payment information.

Such usage information include information about how and when you access or use our Services (such as Games accessed, game score, pages visited, purchase and use of Virtual Money and/or Virtual Goods, the details of your purchases, and your game play).
Interaction and Communications among Users: We collection information about (a) your interaction with other users (for example, invite, gift, sharing of your rank or level, screen-shots, etc.) and (b) your activities with respect to Services with other users through social media channels (including, social network services, messengers, and any other services which has social features like invite friends and sharing information with friends).
Technical Information: We collect general technical data pertaining to you (such as information about the device you use to access our Services, IP address, operating system, browser type, and other system information, DeviceKey, Locale);
User Communication with MetalMU. If you contact us or respond to messages and communications that we send to you, we may keep a record of that correspondence. Also, when you ask our customer support team for assistance, we may collect and store from you the contact information as well as your payment information regarding the purchase of Virtual Goods of the Games to the extent reasonably necessary to provide customer support.
Public Posting/ Shared Content: Some of Games can post, share, communicate with, or otherwise transmit content publicly, such as by participating in player forums, message boards, news feeds, status updates, sending messages or invitations to other users, chatting with other users, and/or posting photo (collectively, “Public Postings”). We may collect and store archives of such Public Postings on MetalMU servers, and all Public Postings are subject to this Privacy Policy.
Such public posting or shared content will be visible to anyone who has access to our Services and may also be viewable outside of our Websites or Services. You should exercise caution in all Public Postings, as it may result in the disclosure of private information, for which MetalMU is not responsible.
Information for Third Party Social Networks or Platforms: You may allow our Services to interact with a third party social network and platform, which will provide data about you to us. If you choose to connect to one of our Websites/Apps through a third-party social network such as Facebook or Game Center (for iOS devices), we may collect personal information from your profile on such third-party social networks, such as your name, username, and photograph. You should ensure that you read their terms of service and privacy policies to understand how they treat your data and what data they might share with us.
Payment: When you purchase any products or services, such as Virtual Money or Virtual Goods, through our Services (which called “In-app-purchase”), we may collect certain payment information from you on behalf of our payment service providers. When you purchase our products or services through third party platforms (such as Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or UserPanel), you will be required to provide certain payment and billing information directly to such third party platforms, and we do not collect or store any payment information from you.
Cookies: When we collect technical information and usage data, which may be linked and identified with your account, we may use cookies and other tracking technologies. We may use cookies to store certain types of information each time you use our Services. Cookies
We use "Cookies", which are text files that are stored on your computer for operation purposes, and to collect data to analyze user patterns in order to improve the browsing experience of our website. Cookies are only read by the server that placed them, and are unable to execute any code or virus. Control and access of information from first party Cookies will not be shared with any other parties.
Only non-personal information is stored and collected on an aggregated and anonymous basis from Cookies, and the use will be limited to one of below cases from our websites:
1. To remember your settings and actions so that some of the entry fields or selections from our website can be automatically completed for your convenience. 2. The types of Cookies used in our website are:
1. Session Cookies are used for login authentication purposes and will be automatically deleted from your hard drive after closing your browser. 2. Persistent Cookies are used to remember your settings for predefined duration and will be automatically deleted from your hard drive upon expiry.

Log Files
Like most Internet services, we may also use log files on the server side. MetalMU uses server log data to analyze trends, administer the services offered through the Website; however, IP addresses are not tied to any personally identifiable information. Furthermore, we do not use Personal Data to make any automatic decision based on profiling that could affect your legal situation.
The software enabling the Website has associated log and temporary files that are stored on MetalMU’s servers. These files store your account information, preference settings, system notifications as well as other data necessary to enable you to participate on the Website. Your information may also exist within regularly performed server backups. The foregoing information is collected on an aggregated and anonymous basis.
Sharing your information
Generally: We do provide some of our Services through contractual arrangement with affiliates, services providers, and other third parties. We and our service partners use your personal information, including personally identifiable information, to operate our Websites and to deliver their services, but we will only provide our service partners with the minimum data necessary for them to achieve the purpose of their cooperation with us.

These vendors and business partners are not authorized to use such information for purposes beyond those specified by us and are required to preserve the confidentiality with which we treat such information.
Access, Update, Correct or Delete Personal Information
Information We Receive From SNS: Information that you have shared via our Services on any social network or third party platform cannot be amended or deleted by us where it is in the control of that social network or third party platform. In addition, where any third party copies information which you have made available via the use of our Services (for example, one of your friends on a social network you allow to interact with your account), we may not be able to amend or delete it because it may not be in our control.
You have a right to request access to any personal information that MetalMU holds in relation to you. You may also review, update, correct or delete your personal information collected by the Website. You may also correct factual inaccuracies. Certain types of personal information that is necessary to check eligibility, such as birth date or age, cannot be deleted, but may be modified with sufficient verification of the new information. Note that we reserve the right to terminate or delete any registration or promotional entry if we believe the personal information submitted was knowingly false or fraudulent. You may at any time access and edit, update or delete your general account information by logging into the Website and accessing your account profiles page. You may also access, review, update, correct, delete, or object/limit use of Personal Data by sending an email to support@nomercy.mobi.

MetalMU will not retain Personal Data longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws/regulations. Also, when your account is terminated, deleted, or expired, all Personal Data will be deleted, unless required by applicable law to retain such Personal Data.

Special Note to Parents
You must at least 16 years of age to register for the services provided by MetalMU. MetalMU does not intentionally process any Personal Data of persons under 16 years of age.

If we decide to change our Statement, we will post those changes on our Statement page so you are aware of what personal information we collect from customers, prospective customers, and visitors to our Website, and when and how such information is collected, used and safeguarded.
